The same transformation happened with maps. Paper maps became GPS navigation. Music followed a similar path. Physical media gave way to streaming. In each case the purpose remained the same, but the technology quietly evolved until the experience was completely different.

The destination stays the same. The path evolves.

Cycling technology has not gone through this transformation yet.

For decades, bike computers have followed the same formula. Dedicated devices connected to isolated sensors. Each sensor measures one thing. Power. Speed. Cadence. Location.

We believe there is a better way.

Modern smartphones contain remarkable sensing capabilities. Motion sensors, barometers, radios, powerful processors, and machine learning systems. When these signals are interpreted together, they can reveal far more about a ride than any single sensor ever could.

Bike IQ is built on this idea. Instead of adding more hardware, it uses intelligence to interpret the ride itself.

Our goal is simple. Make technology gradually disappear while understanding becomes clearer.
